Lovely Family Visit

On the very first business day of this new year, I welcomed a lovely family for shodo, a Japanese calligraphy experience in Tokyo. Experiencing shodo together as a family created a warm and joyful atmosphere from the very beginning.

They were deeply curious about Japanese characters and asked thoughtful questions while practicing calligraphy side by side. Sharing this traditional art as a family made the session especially relaxed, fun, and memorable.

Our calligraphy experience takes place in a real Japanese home near Shibuya. In a quiet tatami room, families can slow down, learn the basics of Japanese calligraphy, and enjoy a meaningful cultural experience together.

I hope they continue practicing calligraphy at home with their new tools and cherish many happy memories from their time in Japan.
