A Full and Satisfying Moment – 満足
Thank you for taking part in our calligraphy experience!
We were so happy to hear your warm comment — choosing the Japanese word 「満足」, which means “satisfaction” or “contentment,” to describe your visit.
The word 「満足」 is made up of two kanji characters. 「満」 means full, and 「足」 means enough, also it is recognized as the legs of the body. When food was not as plentiful in Japan as it is today, people may have never had enough to eat and never felt satisfied. It’s interesting to just look at the word “satisfaction” and think a little about its meaning.
We’re also glad to hear you enjoyed our soy milk matcha latte. It is a perfect companion to the slow and enjoy the time with friends.
We’re honored that you chose such a meaningful word to represent your time here. We hope it remains a reminder of your peaceful moment with us — and we look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
