The tea is produced by a trusted farmer in Shizuoka, who has been cultivating tea without pesticides and using organic methods for nearly 50 years. Personally, I highly recommend the black tea. It has a naturally sweet, mild flavor with little bitterness, making it perfect to enjoy straight, without sugar or milk.
