Oh! Mama Appeared in a YouTube Video!

We were pleasantly surprised and very happy to find our salon appearing in a recent YouTube video by byFood!
The video features a wonderful bakery nearby, and since our place is just in front, the team kindly stopped by and included us in their filming.

Our salon appears around 7 minutes and 30 seconds into the video. You can see the lovely Shizuka-san, whose beautiful, sun-like smile lit up the room. She also tried Japanese calligraphy (shodo) for the first time, and we were so glad to hear her say, “This is so much fun! I want to do more!”

Shizuka-san ordered our Iced Soy Matcha Latte. At first, she didn’t realize it was sweetened and looked a little surprised — “Oh? It’s sweeter than I expected!” — but after I explained that it has sugar added, she smiled and said she understood.
The rest of the staff also enjoyed the same drink and finished every drop. I was so happy that everyone liked it!
