A Lovely Family

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming a wonderful family to our café.
They joined our calligraphy and tea ceremony experience session, and it was truly a joy to share these timeless Japanese traditions with them.

The children showed remarkable curiosity and creativity. Each of them chose a meaningful kanji character that resonated with them—and wrote it beautifully with brush and ink. It was impressive to see how naturally they enjoyed the art of Japanese calligraphy.

Afterward, we shared a quiet moment over their favorite drinks during the tea ceremony, embracing the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house with tatami mats and an irori hearth.
