Respect and Balance — 「永 (Eternity)」

Our guest chose the elegant character “永 (Eternity)”, which is said to have almost all brush techniques in calligraphy. As someone who speaks beautiful Japanese and deeply respects the culture, he approached the brush with focus and sincerity. His writing reflected calm concentration and a genuine appreciation for tradition.

He also enjoyed matcha latte. The peaceful moment — brush, ink, and tea — created a sense of timelessness that perfectly matched the meaning of the character he wrote.

Our calligraphy and tea ceremony experience takes place in a real Japanese home near Shibuya — a peaceful corner of Tokyo where you can slow down, practice calligraphy, and enjoy matcha in a quiet tatami room.
