Calligrapher Eri’s Work

Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome calligrapher Eri to our salon.
With graceful brushstrokes, she filled the paper with beautiful characters, generously writing piece after piece for us. Watching her work was mesmerizing—the rhythm, the subtle strength and softness of her brush, the delicate balance between boldness and refinement.

Eri kindly explained each point in detail, showing how the flow, speed, and pressure create living characters on the page. It was truly an inspiring moment to witness such artistry up close.

We are excited to share that Eri will be returning to our salon on Saturday, September 27th, from 2:00–4:00 PM. Visitors are welcome to watch her calligraphy in action, free of charge. And for those who feel inspired to try, there will be a hands-on calligraphy experience—also free!
No reservation is needed, simply order one drink at Oh! Mama. If many guests wish to participate, we kindly ask everyone to share and take turns.
