For the perfect pairing, we’ve selected traditional Japanese sweets from a nearly century-old wagashi shop in Sangenjaya. A customer recently shared that her son, who has a keen sense of taste, exclaimed, “Oh! Mama’s sweets are the best!”

The Kingyoku we serve at our shop is a jewel-like confection from Chikuoudo in Sangenjaya. Made simply with sugar, agar, starch syrup, and coloring, it is a true delight.
