This image of fresh grass often symbolizes the quiet arrival of spring and new beginnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The structure of the kanji is also interesting.<br>\u8349 combines the \u201ckusa\u201d radical (\u8279) \u2014 commonly used in kanji related to plants \u2014 with the character \u65e9, which means <em>early<\/em> or <em>quick<\/em>.
