{"id":5398,"date":"2025-11-18T15:52:39","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T06:52:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oh-mama.tokyo\/?p=5398"},"modified":"2025-12-02T16:19:48","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T07:19:48","slug":"a-special-day-by-the-irori-with-guests-from-the-netherlands","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oh-mama.tokyo\/?p=5398","title":{"rendered":"A Special Day by the Irori with Guests from the Netherlands"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming the members of <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@Bankzitters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Bankzitters<\/a><\/em>, a creative group from the Netherlands, to our traditional Japanese house.<br>They filmed around our <em>irori<\/em>, the sunken hearth at the heart of our space, and it was a delight to see them enjoy the atmosphere unique to this style of old Japanese architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During breaks in their shoot, we were able to spend some calm, pleasant moments together and even take a commemorative photo. Despite traveling from so far away, they were warm, friendly, and generous with their time.
