During this time of year, when there is little greenery or flowers, the ume blossoms gently signal the arrival of spring. Their fragrance is truly delightful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you catch a faint, sweet scent while walking through the city, take a moment to look around\u2014you might spot beautiful ume blossoms in someone&#8217;s garden or a nearby park. The red, pink, and white flowers resemble cherry blossoms, blooming directly from the branches before the leaves appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ume blossoms are my favorite flowers. At our salon entrance, we have placed a picture screen featuring a painting of ume blossoms.
