Many of you may be enjoying a drink, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Japanese, <em>sake<\/em> is referred to as <em>nihonshu<\/em>, which means Japanese alcohol. <em>Sake<\/em> is made from rice, and rice cultivation in Japan dates back to around the 5th century BC. For centuries, rice has been a staple food in Japan, and it seems that <em>sake<\/em>, made from rice, shares a long history as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At our salon, we offer <em>sake<\/em> as an optional to those who wish to enjoy it after their calligraphy experience.
