Terms of Service<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions stipulate the conditions for you (the “Customer”) using the services provided by Oh! Mama (the “Service”) . Customers must agree to these terms before using the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 2 (Application for Use)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Customers must apply to use the Service in a manner specified by our store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A contract will be established when our store confirms the application details and notifies the Customer of acceptance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Article 3 (Usage Fee)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. The usage fee for the Service will be posted on our store’s website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Customers must pay the usage fee on our store’s reservation site or in store.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Article 4 (Cancellation Policy)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. If the Customer cancels a reservation, the following cancellation fee will apply.
        o Up to 24 hours before the start time: Free
        o Within 24 hours from the start time: 100% of the usage fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. If the Company is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters, suspension of transportation services, or other unavoidable circumstances, no cancellation fee will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Article 5 (Prohibited acts)
        Customers shall not engage in the following acts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and good morals<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Acts that infringe on the rights, interests, reputation of our store or other customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Other acts that our store deems inappropriate<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Article 6 (Compensation for damages)
          If a Customer violates these terms and conditions and causes damage to our store or a third party, the Customer shall be liable to compensate for such damages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Article 7 (Handling of personal information)
          Our store shall handle the personal information of Customers in accordance with Japanese law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Article 8 (Disclaimer)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Our store shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Customer as a result of using the Service. However, this does not apply if the damages are caused by our intentional or gross negligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Our store shall not be liable for any difficulties in providing the Service due to natural disasters, man-made disasters, sudden illness or other force majeure events.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
            Our store may amend these terms as necessary. The amended terms shall take effect when they are posted on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
            These terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising in relation to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Article 11 (Language)
            In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Japanese version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
